- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing system but I do offer discounts for multiple TVs. I offer the mounts at cost which is a tremendous savings over buying at Wal Mart or Best Buy. It all depends on how big the TV's are and the type of mount, also if they need the wires concealed inside of the wall. Is the TV going to be mounted on brick, stone, or drywall.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They contact me and I find out the details of their project. I offer my advice and give them a price. Lots of times they text me photos of their fireplace I can see if it is rock, stone, or brick so I can use the appropriate TV mount. When I get to the home I mark off where the TV will set on the wall with tape and then show the customer and then we can adjust it according to their taste.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have installed over 1000 televisions and I keep up with the industry including the new mounts and televisions. It's a rapidly changing field. I am constantly reading and watching videos and reviews of products.
