- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Either 25.00 hourly or by the piece. I do have set prices for the basic bridal package. Additional pieces price to be determined during the consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact with a new customer, I schedule a face to face consultation in order to get a clear understanding of their vision is for their venue. I also advise and offer to accompany the customer when they begin to purchase flowers,adornments,custom colors, etc. There is no charge for this service. Throughout the weeks and/or months prior to the I event, stay in touch with my customers to assure them that we are on track and to allow for changes long before their big day. I prefer to complete the customers floral weeks/months ahead of the scheduled date to alleviate any additional concerns that come with wedding jitters. I require a small down payment when first hired with the balance due at completion and satisfaction. of the customer. My business is home based.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 +yrs in retail nursery ( specifically garden and bedding plants ) 5 years as a florist in a flower shops, 5 years as the only silk floral designer for Michaels in my area , and currently a floral designer for a wholesale design studio in OK providing designs for home and company interior designers.
