Introduction: I want to make a customer happy or have them enjoy peace of mind that their project is fixed , done or that a resolution has been found so it can be fixed or completed. I aim to make these obtainable within the first moments of hearing about your requests. I will be sure to let you know if a project falls out of my skill level or its something I am not comfortable with doing. I have many contacts in various trades that can assist me in a time that fast tracking a job is a must. These contacts come from being in commercial and residential flooring since the late 80's. I am certified in various flooring surfaces, also the surface preparation, which is the most important in preventing flooring failures. I have been fortunate enough to see a wide scope of construction trades and building techniques that help me understand how to assess and repair different things. I thoughly enjoy the happiness, and sense of relief that a client has when everything is done and they have their project done with care and peace of mind knowing it was done right.
