- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A quote simply is just that, if the details change, hours change, the venue changes to be 2 hours away, you decide to change the theme after supplies have been purchased, or the date of the event, etc... all of that effects the price. Included in every quote is a $20 fee for getting to meet, show you the prepared drink menu, and mixing the drinks for you so you are confident in knowing exactly what you're getting prior to the event date. Not everyone wants simple jack & cokes or margaritas. The basics and any special requests made by your guests will be included of course (given I have the proper liquors to make them), but I personalize every event with an Ideal drink menu to help take your event to the next level. Before I do anything that would cost you more money I will communicate with you exactly what changed, explain the charges, and of course give you the best options for dealing with the changes, prior to any cost changes being made. If you just want something simple (poker night with the guys or small get together) with basic bartending no extra planning, I can do that as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple. It's up to you. If you'd prefer to meet, talk, show me your ideas, I can do that. If you'd prefer to talk on the phone and text me pictures of different ideas or themes you like, we can do that. Or if you'd prefer to email only, I'm okay with that too. The magic is in the details, the more information I have the better your experience with Ideally Keeley will be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 11 years of experience. I've worked at bars, casinos, concerts, birthday parties, poker nights, bachelorette parties, etc. I have a valid liquor license which I will provide for you at our meet and greet prior to the event date.
