- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All price quotes I send are completely negotiable within reason. I submit my original quote based on what your needs are and I evaluate how I should charge starting from there. Upon learning more about your project needs, my price quote may be reduced or increased depending on what's needed to get your project to completion. I encourage all who receive offers from me to let me know if my original price quote is not within your budget range, as I would love for us to be able to work together to come to a billing rate that both parties are satisfied with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I evaluate customer/client needs first via his or her job request post. I then inform the potential customer/client how I can be of service to he or she and begin the conversation and negotiation process from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Art in Advertising with a minor in Art from the University of Oklahoma. I graduated in 2016 on the Dean's List for high grades.
