I spoke with the guy and arranged for him to walk the property for a quote on a Monday after 4:30pm. When I contacted him to make sure he was on schedule, he did not seem to remember so we rescheduled for the next day. He asked if I could send him the address and never showed nor reached out to make me aware he would not be able to make it. If a contractor is this unreliable in the beginning, I could only imagine how reliable and successful he is getting the job completed. I do not recommend because of lack of commitment to keep up with appointment dates and times.
