Introduction: As a personal trainer, collegiate track and field athlete and a Registered Nurse, I have gained an abundance of knowledge on health/wellness and my passion is to share that with others with personalized workout plans and assisting in proper nutrition. I encourage lifestyle changes that will last instead of quick fixes and diets. My love for helping others improve their health shines through in all that I do. My goal is to help you improve your health overall: physically, mentally and spiritually. Being able to educate others ina way that they fully understand what healthy/wellness is and how they can make it a lifestyle. I enjoy seeing my clients grow as they are better educated. Outside of improving overall health, a second goal is for my clients to retain what they have been taught/learned so that they don’t always need me as a personal trainer. It is not about keeping people for years, but instead , it’s about educating them so that they grow and are capable of doing this on their own.

Megan Woods, is very knowledgeable about health and fitness. She real cares about her clients. I’m a plus size chick and she pays attention to my limitations but at the same time she challengs me.
