- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive and based on quality materials. We do offer less expensive materials in most cases. You simply need to ask if there is a less expensive option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial in home consultation, we will put together an initial estimate. If you feel we are a good fit, we will ask you to meet with our account managers to select the materials you would like us to use in your remodel. Once materials are selected we will make cost adjustments if you select less or more expensive options. Once we have approval, we require a small deposit to get you on the schedule and order materials.

I have more than 35 years experience in the construction industry.
