Introduction: I am a graduate of a certified life coaching program (Coach for Life, 2004) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). I combine professional life coaching with over 300 hours of yoga teacher training and almost 14 years of a regular yoga and meditation practice to help support and guide my clients to a more peaceful way of life. I specialize in Monkeymind Busting!
I love traveling cross country with my 2 adopted pitbulls, Karma and Yoga to yoga studios and meditation centers across the country to offer my workshops and meet/work with clients.
