- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is very affordable as I am a newly business owner and I enjoy what I do I am looking to build my brand and keep it cost effective. however there are some laws we just cannot get around and that is at least minimum wage and I tried to offer my staff a little higher than minimum wage
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my process is super simple after we make our initial contact on Thumbtack we communicate via text, if you like me to send you a formal quote I can do that as well and then from there we decide if you would like my services or not and that's it. if you're looking for an additional staff then I do ask for a deposit if your booking only for a bartender there's no deposit required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Clover Park Technical College got an associate's degree in hospitality restaurant management.
