- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the hour. Each jobs duration is based off of square footage, current condition of the area being cleaned and each client's needs . Estimates can very depending on the desired level of cleanliness and detail requested. Generally when providing an estimate we do so with a range of time , example 3 to 5 hours , to include extra time needed to remove unexpected stubborn dirt or grime .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When beginning a new working relationship with our clientele we determine the need and desired service . We do this by gathering basic information including contact info ,the size ,condition and location of the property to receive services . If desired , a team member can view the property in person or by photos through text or email prior to receiving services or the day of services. The team member assigned will then perform a fallow up call with the clientele to confirm booking information and to set up arrival time . After services have been provided a walk through will be performed fallowing an electronic invoice by email or text.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have combined experience in business from past personal ventures and college education focused on small business management. As well I have worked as a cleaner in the residential, commercial and restaurant sector in my past for many years working for other cleaning companies before investing in my own service.
