FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge around $200 per hour. Although I do my best to work with the clients budget. I work my way around their budget by for example: by giving the client more hours, but less final images.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first encounter with a client, I like to get to know who they are as a person. Their personality and the things they are confident about and most importantly, what they expect from me. After I get a feel for the client I show them more about me. My style and how I interact during the shoot. Also how they can expect the flow of the photoshoot to go and things they can (as well as I) will do to settle any nerves to get in front of the lens!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied at South Puget Sound Community College. When I found out that I have gotten the most out of their photography classes, I continued to learn from other photographers. Picking their brain about their styles, editing techniques, and posing styles. (The list really does go on) I enjoy reading books about posing and composition of photography. Reading other photographers blogs about the things that they have learned throughout the years. Mistakes and total epiphanies. This love of mine will always continue to grow, with every photoshoot, every customer, and every shutter of the lens.
