Still waiting for job completion nearly 3 months later. Crews show up with no prior notice. Work average at best. Still waiting for insurance paperwok to be filed. Positive that the work was pay as the work is completed.Aug 18, 2016VerifiedAdam J.'s reply
Dennis - I am so sorry you have been less than satisfied with our work and your experience with us! It is true that smaller trades, such as small siding repairs or painting, have taken us longer than anticipated to get to because of how much damage the May storm caused in the Omaha and Lincoln areas. However, we will NEVER consider your job completed until everything is done to your satisfaction. If there is any portion of your job that we did not do 100% to your liking, just let us know and we will fix it ASAP! And yes, we do not require payment until work has been completed on a given trade. I looked up your file and it doesn't appear that anything was billed prior to completion of a given trade, so I'm not sure about that. Either way, just let us know how we can make you happy and we will take care of it! Thanks, Adam Johnson

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Most of our work is priced based on unit measurements, such as square and linear footage. Once our representatives measure your property we can accurately offer our services. Unlike some of our competitors, we give you written contracts with final pricing, so you know you won't get hit with additional charges at the end of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We really try to educate our customers about the contracting process, especially when an insurance claim is involved. It is our philosophy that the more comfortable our prospective customers feel and the more confidence they have in us, the better our chances are at winning their business. Once we have earned that trust and contracted with our customer to perform work, our priority becomes performing their work in a timely manner and being responsive throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Our president, Adam Johnson, is a licensed attorney in the state of Nebraska and has spent years dealing with owners, architects, contractors, government agencies, and insurers related to construction projects. Knowing the legal pitfalls of construction contracting help us protect our customers and their property. We hope that our team can earn your business so that you can see the difference Johnson Roofing & Construction can make!
