- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New constructs residential & commercial will be priced by the Sq. footage. Windows will be separately bid. We can also refer you to a business that professionally specializes in just windows. Move-In & Move-outs will be a set based price depending on size with a decreased bid if employer has multiple units with a long lasting contract. Will discuss bidding in phases should that be the builder/contractors desire.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working under a lady who had a contract with Hearthstone homes in the early 2000's. I've always enjoyed being a part of a team of professionals who add beauty to the world we live in. Owning a small business has always been dignifying to me as well as the contribution to society, creating jobs for others and the rewarding results in brings to all involved.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The most recent project that I had the opportunity to be a part of was of extremely short notice. I actually had the pleasure of meeting the home buyers. They were "surprisingly" moving their belongings in as the cleaning phase began. We were all very excited. This was a brand new home constructed by; Jessie Calbretto & his team of sub-contractors. Dan Salcedo of Building Clean was also on the scene of this particular project & led me to this project as adding to Quality A+ Cleaning's rapport as a small business. The networking here is exceptionally professional. I wouldn't take it back for a second! The home is a new construct and as I mentioned built by; Jessie Calbretto & his team of professionals. It occupies a lot on the Lanoha Development just east of Skyline Dr. In Elkhorn, Ne. The cleaning phase/time spent in the property: apprx. 27 hrs . A detailed clean left the home buyers giving "Quality A+ Cleaning" plenty of appreciated compliments & most importantly the new home owners happy.
