- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have tried a few standard pricing packages which does work. However, we found that it restricts us from learning new things. So some packages were kept. But we're always evolving with the latest technology. In our industry, things our constantly changing and we are driven to keeping up with those changes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to get to know our clients so that we can get them the right product at the right price. We understand that there are over hundreds of different electronics to choose from. You'll have a peace of mind knowing that we'll put together the right system for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education in our industry is vital to our growth. Which is why we equip ourselves with the knowledge we need to tackle every detail of the project. When the future of internet and electronics were coming together, we took it upon ourselves to train our techs with IP networking. Now we implement it within our systems to make it more efficient and convenient for our clients. With over 14 years of experience, we're always looking forward to changes.
