- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask that the customer use our website to book an appointment to tour our facility, and at the time we will capture the necessary information to be able to provide a detailed quote. After the deposit is made, the event is booked. The balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a management degree in business administration, and over 20 years of hospitality management experience to share with you.
