- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are always explained to the customer. I never price way out of proportion as in to low or to high. I am in this to being able to help you as well as I enjoy doing so.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
While meeting a new customer, I always try to connect with them to immediately be on their level. the more understanding I can be to them and the easier it is to communicate, the better. I rarely ever say no... whatever needs to be done I can and will do it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a senior in highschool yet have been in the field since I was abiut 13 or 14. As hard as it was to find a job at my younger age this popped and stuck with me.
