Introduction: Praxis CPA, LLC is a CPA practice owned by Jason T. Baker. Jason has over 24 years experience in the field. He received his CPA license in 1994 after graduating with a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, where he also had the privilege to play football for the Cornhuskers as a walk-on. After working in both the Lincoln and Omaha area for 13 years, Jason launched his own practice in 2007 in hopes of adding a more personal and customized approach for his clients. His approach was inspired by growing up and working in a small family-owned business. He understands the struggle and concerns small businesses face on a day to day basis. Jason finds joy in the personal side of helping people and getting to know their families and employees in the process. Praxis CPA enjoys helping small business clients, families, and individuals with their tax and accounting needs. As a small business owner himself, he offers a unique perspective and insight to his clients. His specialties include small business start-ups, small business consulting, tax planning and preparation, and personal financial consulting. Jason is a QuickBooks professional advisor and a Dave Ramsey endorsed local provider (ELP).
