- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our base rates include: -Set up and teardown of the equipment (before and after the time of your event so this doesn't interfere with the time you've booked), -A professional and personable attendant, -A set of fun props, -Unlimited sessions with one 4x6 photo collage or two 2x6 photo strips per session, -A customized photo template -Album of digital photos -Your choice of one of our physical backdrops or LED booth Additional fees that may apply: -Sales tax -Travel fees depending upon your location -Gratuity to your photo booth attendant (recommended but not required) -Additional upgrade options: Scrapbook station, customized props, roaming photographer, additional prints per session
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will talk through your event to make sure you feel comfortable and make sure we've answered all your questions. We want to ensure that have all the information you need to make an informed decision about what you would like to book. If you decide you'd like to book with us, we will send you an electronic contract to sign, an invoice for your deposit, and a brief info sheet to fill out about your event. Once we have all three of these from you we will send you a confirmation email so you know that you're squared away! Then, the week before your event, the photo booth attendant who will be present will give you a call to go over all the final details.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our party characters came first, and after being exposed to so many parties and events through our character offerings, I saw the growing demand for Photo Booths, but I also saw a hole in the market. I wanted to combine high quality props, backdrops, and equipment with extremely personable and professional photo booth attendants. It seemed that too often other companies were providing a wonderful photo booth, but this was accompanied by an underwhelming attendant (usually who was glued to their cellphone for the majority of the event). People add photo booths to their events to bring joy, laughter, and fun to their party--and that energy starts with the attendant! All of our packages include one or two photo booth attendants who are enthusiastic and knowledgeable and ready to help you get the party started! After all, our background is in entertainment, so we want to bring that expertise to your party or event, and make the experience memorable for your guests.
