It's nice doing business with people who actually want your business and try to work with you instead of making excuses. Submitted my request to move a piano through Thumbtack. Aleks was the first one to respond back out of 6 people I contacted. Of course, I also called other companies that popped up on Google to get their quote. Aleks’ company was the most flexible, worked perfectly around my schedule and gave me the BEST PRICE, which was very important to me. Communication was on point : he answered all of my questions, confirmed the time he was going to come and kept me updated. They moved the piano down from the second story of the sellers house, up on their truck and into my house. They know what they are doing 100%, had all the necessary tools they needed, were very professional, super friendly, and polite. Excellent service, would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you!
