- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always put quality first. My work ethic is comprised of honesty, integrity, quality workmanship and follow through.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think first it’s good to have a phone conversation, at which time we can schedule an in person meeting, at the job site. This way we can discuss concerns, answer questions and properly plan ahead in how to achieve our goal. After we meet and have a clear idea of what the project entails we will then move in to agree on terms and a price. Once we do that all that’s left is- get to work! 😁
