FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is priced according to the needs of that specific job. Cost is based on materials, and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to speak with our customers over the phone, to let them know what to expect next. Then we set up a time to come out and look at the project, get to know our customer, and get as much information as possible regarding what needs to be done and how it is wanting to be done. We then write down the project information, and pass it to our Project Manager to put into our system and create an estimate. From there, our Administrative Assistant emails the estimate to the customer, and will communicate with the customer to make any necessary changes. Once the estimate has been accepted, we call the customer to find out the best time to begin work. We try to be as flexible as possible to our customers needs, and guide them through the process treating them as family and friends.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Billy has gone through college of construction courses, on-the-job education and training, and many other courses and certifications. Most recently he completed the CCB courses, and obtained his general contractor's license.
