- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing works accordingly, I have an hourly rate from $58.00 - $75.00 and then I adjust according to what the customer is needing. Just because it takes 10 hours to get a finish on a single project does not mean that it will be $580.00 or $750.00, it just means that it will be roughly around those prices depending on what it is that is being done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When beginning with a new customer I like to first know more about them individually. To be able to create their video I want to be able to see through their eyes and know what their desires are. After which, I will normally will ask them what specifics they are looking for, that way I can make sure to capture those details. And then lastly I will give them a price depending on how long I believe the video will take.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with individuals (weddings, music videos, etc.) and businesses (Parties, events, etc.).
