- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide FREE consultations to my buyers and sellers so that they can get a clear understanding of the entire process and what they can expect from my service. I also provide preferred vendors and contractors for discount services that they may need to prepare a home to sell or anything needed during the sale process. For my sellers, our FREE consultation will include a detailed comparative market appraisal to determine what their property is worth in the current market. I also offer staging advice to prep a home for sale to get the maximum price.

Bachelor of Science degree, MBA program for 2 years, IL Real Estate Broker's License, ongoing continuing education for license renewal every 2 years, Certified Distressed Property Expert, and am always attending education seminars in the industry.
