Introduction: With a three year masters in marriage and family counseling, I'm trained to handle most issues that present themselves. I approach coaching and counseling from a holistic perspective, recognizing that the mind, body, and spirit are all interconnected, as are people. Even when working with individuals, it's important to recognize that they don't exist outside of relationships. It's important to bring humor into situations because it's a great stress reliever and allows us to take ourselves less seriously.
