- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, however I also offer multi session packages that are designed for clients who wish to deepen their commitment to the therapeutic process while saving money and increasing convenience. All prepaid sessions are non-refundable and must be used within 6 months.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial assessment is conducted at the first visit to discuss the client's concerns and reasons for seeking help. A plan is then established to address those concerns and lays the foundation for the treatment course.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree of Science in Mental Health Counseling. I am licensed by the State of Florida as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to practice independently.
