This contractor pulled a permit to replace all my windows and to stucco my home. He put in half the windows and quit!! We had to hire another company to pull new permits and finish work. Now that I am under contract to sell house I find out he put a lien on my property for the remainder of the work he did not do. I have had to file a dispute request to try to follow the legal process to try to clear this up. It is holding up my closing of a $240,000.00 sale. As if all this wasn't bad enough, he has now started harassing the contractors that had to come and finish the job he walked out on!!! I wish we never hired this person! Please Do Not Hire - GOODMAN - he is not a good man!!!

Hi Poppy, I know you were a little removed from this situation as you work for the corporation in charge of the house and werent there to meet us. You may have us confused with another company. The work we did for you was pressure washing, and the owners were extremely happy with the results. Let us know if you have any questions or need any further work done. Were happy to help.

The majority of the roof replacement went well; however, there were a number of areas that could have been improved. The most serious issue was and intoxicated worker showed up to work on the first day and almost immediately fell off a ladder. Fortunately he only received minor cuts and bruises and was not brought back to the work site again. Mr. Goodman saved us some significant cost by having the capability to bend his own flashing and trim. This was somewhat frustrating at times as a number of pieces of trim were damaged in either transit or during installation of which some we requested to be replaced. Additionally the lengths were restricted which in some areas do not look as well as a seamless install would. Other issues dealt with the workers not taking the proper time and care to provide a professional installation. A number of shortcuts were taken, while although functional, could have been done better and given more of a professional look. One other item I should note is that a window was broken during the job. The workers claimed they did not break even though it was obvious they did. We eventually settled by getting credit and taking care of ourselves. Most frustrating was it took over two weeks to resolve. In summary, the job was average and probably matched the bid price.
