- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Social Pie works with it's Clients to fairly-price all services. No hidden fees, or sneaky practices here, you'll see an up-front estimate in The Bakery system, and have a dedicated Project Leader for your entire project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Included in all of our projects, we offer the Social Pie Bakery, our premier Client Project Management system! The Bakery gives Clients unparalleled access to every segment of their project -- from start to finish. As well as a way to check on the status of their projects, direct communication with assigned Project Leader, Referrals Program, and more! For all Web/Social Media clients, we also offer the Social Pie Recipe Report, which breaks down analytics in a fun, easy to understand, structure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 12 years of Hospitality experience (from theme parks, to resorts) and translate all of that into our services with Social Pie. We use unique approaches to deliver some stellar products to our clients - this includes flexible payment options, unparalleled support options, and more.
