Saving people from frustration at a fair price is what I enjoy best. As a first responder I have always enjoyed helping others. Although computer services are not life or death situations, helping people through their computer issues is very rewarding. "On the streets" I don't typically get to use my computer expertise (over ten years of experience as well as a degree from the University of Central Florida), which is where Thumbtack allows me to satisfy the cravings, while also allowing me to save people money with reasonable pricing.
