- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I check in the device needing the repair. I first review the functions of the device that aren't working with the customer. Then once I see all the issues I set expectations with my customer on what work needs to be done and how long it'll take.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to run over eleven repair shops in Orlando and Georgia.
