- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wedding planning and coordination have set base pricing with a la carte add ons to meet individual brides needs. Each brides needs are different as should our packages be!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For floral we normally suggest submitting your Pinterest Board and a proposed budget. We carefully review your boards looking for recurring themes. From there we will customize a proposal based on the clients wish list. In the event that we need to exchange flowers in order to meet budget we are happy to do so!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 200+ weddings and events under our corporate umbrella in Central Florida, Miami and New York City. We are constantly attending online courses and webinars in order to keep up with the latest trends. We are frequently hired by Bella Collina, Bohemian Hotel, Noah's Event Center, Casa Feliz, Four Seasons and Lake Mary Events Center brides. We are constantly bettering ourselves to bring the hottest trends to our brides at affordable prices! Out team is led by a Bridal Society Senior Certified Wedding Planner and have been featured on Kleinfeld (of Say Yes to the Dress fame) and Style Me Pretty (THE #1 recognized wedding blog in the US).
