FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each client is different and has different needs. We price our services based on the client's specific business, the competitiveness of the key phrases they need to rank for and just how much heavy lifting will be required versus shortcuts we can employ. We charge a one-time retainer, which covers setup and other costs, and an ongoing monthly retainer. We do not require ongoing contracts, because our value is more than apparent, and quickly. We aren't into tying clients into contracts. You will see the results and keep employing us voluntarily, as it should be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we do is an analysis of the client's needs vs current setup of their site/page/channel, we evaluate any previous SEO that's been done, and we then discuss what needs to be done with the client, get buy-in, formulate a plan, and execute.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our principal has been doing SEO over 10 years, and also has a background (23 years) in securities, specifically equity trading and investment banking, which allows us an important ability to see not only opportunities to market effectively, but a general well-honed sense of a business' revenue and profit models, and a general understanding of business processes that is largely unsurpassed.
