- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is different every time, since no two jobs are exactly the same. One home theater or sound system won't necessarily fill the needs of the next person. Our proprietor, Ben Wavell, touches and handles every job personally. We offer complimentary in-home consultations for larger projects, and for smaller endeavors we are often able to provide pricing online. Once we have provided you with a quote, we encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns. We want nothing more than to make sure that you are completely happy with the services that we provide.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Everyone! That's one of the things that make this field so great. We have the opportunity to meet, and work with, people from all walks of life. There's no job too big, or too small. We are more than happy to help out in any way that we can.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We urge our customers to hire vendors that are FULLY INSURED. This is very important. The risk of damages in this line of work is very high, and insurance is a wonderful thing to have for everyone's peace of mind.
