- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are made according to each customer, every need. I do not have a value table. Each customer is a different, unique and exclusive case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always talk a lot with my new clients to understand their expectations, usually I ask a collaborator to do all the analysis and with that I put together a unique and exclusive work strategy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience sums up in 26 years of profession that follows from family. Constant study always.
