Introduction: Yildirim started his career as an assistant to a fashion photographer back in 1996. After several years of learning about the craft of still imagery, he started to pursue photography as a full-time venture. Yildirim is a well educated and well-known awarded artist. Finishing his education as a graphic designer he still works in the commercial field providing services to various businesses in the United States.
Over 400 weddings and 24 years in the space he still brings enormous passion and talent to every single project. Yildirim is very personal and the most approachable person you’ve ever get met.

Fun fact: Yildirim claims that his biggest talent is to say with 99% accuracy if the couple will get divorced in the future. Take it as you wish. It is a “fun” fact after all.

It must not be too common that the first comment that friends and relatives make during a post-wedding brunch immediately after sharing some words of wisdom on curing hang-over is what a great job the photographer did and asking if he were a friend of ours. This comment from our friends and relatives very much capture our experience with Yildirim. We felt that wedding photography is at least as much about the outcome, i.e. the photographs themselves, as it is about the process. From our very first contact via email and skype to discussing our style preferences with Yildirim, it was very pleasant and easy to work with him. During the two days of the wedding (ours was a destination wedding in Assos), Yildirim somehow managed to be everywhere yet was never in anyone’s face and never interrupted the flow of the moment or our emotions. And on top of such a pleasant and friendly experience, we had some amazing photos capturing the wonderful moments and feelings of our time with our families and closest friends. We highly recommend Yildirim and are happy to talk about any questions you might have.

We live in Japan and had decided to get married in Bodrum, arriving in Turkey only 1 week before the wedding. We were first impressed with Yildirim’s portfolio on his web site and later his professionalism, creativity and flexible attitude over the phone, email and Skype. We were looking for a talented artist that wouldn’t just take standard and unoriginal wedding shots, but still have something that was tasteful and not too crazy. In the end, our photos were beyond our expectations and we were thrilled with our album. As we suspected during our earlier interactions with him, Yildirim showed flexibility and professionalism throughout the entire wedding day. We would gladly recommend him!

We hired Yildirim to do a photo shoot for our newborn and us. Something we could use for her birth announcements and our holiday cards. Yildirim delivered beyond our expectations! He was punctual, pleasant, very patient and super thorough!
Before the session, he was prompt with all communication, and even sent me sketches of the setups he planned to create and props he wanted to use. Very creative!
During the session, he was patient, and pleasant - never letting us feel rushed - through the baby crying, needing to be fed, the dog (whom we wanted included in some of the pics) being distracted and over excited - he took everything in stride, and in fact got some great candid shots in!
I️ am extremely pleased with the final images. Beautiful. We will definitely use him again in the future!
