Introduction: I make sure to know the goals and the overall level my clients want to reach. The service that is provided is second to none we provide results and don't look at you as a number but a part of our family we are ttying to help reach their goal. Though Xtreme Fitness I provide, group training (HIIT), strength and resistance( 1on 1), personalized nutrition plans, cardio and ab classes. The training is a functional base incorporating HIIT, range of motion and myo fasical release therapy. I enjoy helping individuals reach their full potential and helping them fill good about themselves. Being able to track and see a person transform in front of your eyes is the greats feeling ever.
