Sam Tolleson

Introduction: I played D1 baseball at UCF as a utility player (mostly the outfield) and was then signed to the Los Angeles Angels as a Right Handed Pitcher (current). I have been coached by some of the best coaches across the US being originally from Texas and playing high levels of baseball in Florida (UCF) and California (Angels). I also played golf at a high level in high school and some would say it was my number 1 sport coming out of high school but ultimately chose baseball as a profession. Lots of information about my past can be found on Google if you search my name and my respective sports. I love working with people that want to get better! I can make things fun and unorthodox. Nobody likes boring or redundancy, two things I consistently try to avoid even in my own training! I can show young or old players many, many new training methods and mechanical items. I also know quite a bit about biomechanics within sport specific training.
