- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We quote by the square footage and NEVER the hour. Projects sometimes take longer than expected and I don't want to put the pressure of additional money owed for me wanting to give the client thorough service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally do a phone conversation with details about the needs of their home or commercial space. With commercial, a walk through is set up and a price i is given. For residential, after the phone conversation I set up a day to go clean, we walk through the home, I give a price and we're starting that day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 11 years experience in the cleaning/Janitorial industry.
