- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have an hourly rate along with project-based pricing. For example, updates to a site can be billed in quarter-hour increments. But, a new website has a set minimum price and increases based on special needs of the site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once a customer has decided to work with me, I provide a contract that both parties sign which outlines the scope of the project. I set up a Dropbox folder that all documents, pictures, context, etc. can be added to for easy access by all parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Bachelors Degree in Marketing
