- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to send the quote, when the customer agrees to work with us, we will explain how long is the job going to take, how many people will be taking care of it and when will the work start (We usually start over the next few days or as soon as possible, depending on the availability). We will always have people available for the job! That's why we have a team of 10 people and still growing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Maximo Mariani, main architect and constructor graduated as an architect in 1989 from Central University in Caracas, Venezuela. He founded the company the same year with 3 employees and throughout the years grew and we've worked with groups with more than 30 employees on a single site. The company has worked with different offices, businesses and houses in Venezuela, Italy and United States, such as clinics, embassies and hotels.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
With almost everyone, from remodeling a room in a house, to reconstructing a full clinic. We do not judge the type of work and everyone will be treated as important.
