Introduction: Guacamoli Co. was founded by Herbert, former owner of Kalbi Haus food truck (voted Orlando's fan favorite food truck by Expedia.com!), the Korean bred Tinjaca rebranded to Guacamoli in order to serve the freshest, tastiest guac and Mexican influenced street fare in Florida. He is super passionate about serving high quality, locally sourced, fresh to death food influenced by his world travels. He is also owner of Orlando Caterers & Commissary, a catering service and commissary for mobile caterers in Central Florida. We provide Central Florida's tastiest guacamole and Mexican street fare. We use only fresh and local ingredients, giving you the best flavor possible. Guac is not extra here, it's the main event! Try one of our flavored guacamoles or one of our tacos, quesadillas, or rice bowls. Find us cruisin' around town, parked at one of your favorite locations, or serving up food at a party or event!
