- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and my quality is better than average.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To maintain worry-free service, a new customer simply calls me and provides the address as we schedule a date and time. I also have an online calendar to make it very easy if the customer prefers that. After the shoot, I edit the photos to bring out more beauty. I then provide, by email and text, a high speed Download link for the pictures that I produce in three sizes, LARGE for print, MEDIUM for the MLS and SMALL for emails.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Basically, my training has been hands on from day one. I put a goal in focus, and read everything I could about it. I have taken many, probably hundreds, of courses to learn everything I possibly could about video and photography. I joined clubs, met people, took photos, edit edit edit .... and then I edited some more. I entered into competitions, picking up experience and then I found my mortality, settled down and started a business and here we are.
