- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are pretty standard as we do not try to upcharge you for silly things. The only additional charge would be for travel or if you wanted to add extra edits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you have accepted our quote here is what will follow: 1. A client-photographer agreement which will indicate the date/time you have chosen. 2. If not in studio we will send you a few different of our favorite places to shoot and you can choose from the list. 3. We will send you a "prep" packet with things such as how to pick out the perfect outfit(s) for your session, how to dress a family, tip on hair and makeup. Everything you need to be prepared for the session. 4. It's session day!! Yay! Once we get to your session we always start off with a little warm up shoot. This will last 3-5 minutes and will not take away from your session time. This time will be used to allow you to get comfortable with the camera and allow us to make sure all of our settings are perfect for the environment. 5. During the session we will help guide you through the perfect ways to pose/move so that you look incredible in each and every photo. 6. Once the shoot is over you can expect a preview of 1-5 photos within 24 hours and then your full gallery will be to you within 2 weeks! 7. Enjoy your photos for a lifetime!

We have worked in the wedding industry for over 5 years and photo sessions are just exactly what we know how to do even under a time crunch!
