Introduction: My initial focus is always internal. Deep within -in our soul, our past are hidden our truths. What happened in our past, in our life which draws energy from us and directs our path. Once we are able to become aware of this, we have a starting point. Once we have that starting point door become unlocked. We no longer feel stuck in situations and we are able to push ourselves harder and further than before. It is not a fast road or a direct passage. Looking within takes time. There's a lot of STUFF in there which hasn't been addressed in a long time. However ... this is the Most Resourceful Approach because it opens up the opportunity for Healing, for Opportunity, for Forgiveness, for a New View ... all positive energy flows from addressing our past. But it takes work and commitment. Our past often remains drawn away from us for several reasons. BUT it is BY FAR the most rewarding experience to unleash. The most enjoyable element -would be seeing my clients breath easier, live happier, focus stronger and believe in themselves more.

Lynn has helped to transform my unhealthy relationship with food. She helped me see when you focus on your total well being, not just the weight loss and move to a place of self love, life changing events occur! I feel at peace in my relationship with food and am getting closer to loving my body thanks to Lynn's guidance!

I am not good with words but Lynn is compassionate, understand, helpful, down to earth person. She would go out of her way to help you with anything. She is a should to cry on in your most vulnerable moments. She is quite an amazing person. She begins with making a list of this I liked and disliked then helped me go through what i ate day to day and then suggest better alternatives.

I not only took several classes of Lynn's but also talked with her about the importance of nutrition. Lynn is not only a kind woman but one of the most compassionate. She does not judge you and is willing to help you in your journey no matter where you are in it.

Lynn really helped me to focus on my goals in a very realistic way. She was caring, personable, and motivated to provide me with strategies to navigate through all the mixed messages thrown at us from the outside world. More importantly, she also helped guide me through the self-defeating and discouraging battles we fight within ourselves. She allowed me to take the lead in my journey, providing unwavering support and encouragement.

Lynn sat down with me to discuss some of my nutrition goals as well as nutrition struggles. It was eye opening to understand how my emotional and personal struggles affect me physically as well as how I feed my body. She helped me identify how I am sabotaging myself and the importance of learning to like and love myself first. I thought it was a "rule" that I needed to substitute eating carrots for my afternoon snack even though it wasn't filling me up or satisfying any cravings. Lynn explained how to EAT and not DIET. I am excited to apply the things Lynn and I discussed in my life.
