I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about public speaking, seeing clients one-on-one, and facilitating groups. Choosing a therapist who is right for you is the key to good therapy, and it can feel overwhelming to know where to start. I am an open, loving, and nonjudgmental licensed therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, couples and families. My training and experience are a good fit for women; teens wrestling with identity, self-esteem, parents, or self-harm; families; couples; and people of all ages who have experienced trauma. Life throws us many challenges, and at times, we can struggle making sense of the world and our reactions to it. Together, we will walk through the worries, stressors, and weight of your unique life to emerge more healthy and vibrant and ready to live in happy, supportive relationships. I have studied with Brené Brown and incorporate this experience and training into our work, as we discover the roots of shame, the power of vulnerability, and the joy of moving into living a wholehearted life!
