- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't do standard pricing per se. I don't believe in charging by the hour, because unforeseeable things do happen and the client shouldn't be punished as a result. I believe I am fair with my quotes and people are much happier when what is discussed is what occurs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make sure I understand what exactly it is that they want and expect. I want to earn their trust so following through on what I say is very important to me. After we agree on a quote and a time and place is shared, I keep in contact via phone and text to make sure we are both on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I simply grew up in a farm and learned things by watching and trial and error. I love working on things at my own house and learn something new everyday.
