- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Buyers commissions *usually* come from the completed sale - therefore *usually* there are not out of pocket fees involved with working with me as your buyers agent. Selling (listing) commissions are negotiable - and will usually reflect the level of service you desire. *note the buyers commission is usually a seller side cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every two years the states of Missouri and Kansas require 12 hrs of continuing education with 3 hrs being ethics based. National Association of Realtors (NAR) Certifications include: Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS) e-PRO®
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Was a natural transition going from owning a exterior remodeling business to real estate, when I walk up to a home my experience gives me a good eye as to possible challenges of a home.
