- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The travel fee is not included in any of the services I offer, so an additional fee is assessed for travel. The amount of that fee depends on your location. Pricing is non-negotiable and when booking there is a $20 deposit that goes towards your services. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically welcome the client in and get an idea of what they want through a quick conversation while I prep their skin. See if they have any questions for me and if not I start creating!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed Esthetician and I graduated in 2017 from Entourage Institute of Beauty in Lenexa, KS. There I participated and assisted in organizing a fundraiser to take myself and fellow students to Dallas, TX for an Esthetic convention. For the fundraiser I provided services from makeup to waxing and lash extensions, which are all things I now offer. In Esthetic’s school I finished with a 97% average and passed both my written and practical state board exams with a 95% average. Not only do I absolutely love what I do but it shows in all aspects of my work. I am also certified in lash extensions and because you should also perfect your craft and stay up-to-date on the latest trends I am constantly either taking makeup classes or one on ones from industry professionals. Most recently I was trained by Benni Beauty and received so much knowledge and a certification, and can already see the change in my work.
