FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rate depends greatly on the project. Sometimes I quote a flat rate other times an hourly rate. I do include 3 revisions in the price. Any additional revisions are charged by the hour. Since all creative projects vary from one another, an initial conversation where the person tells me his/her needs is the best way for me to provide you with a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything begins with the first phone call. I then request a written email explaining in detail the needs of the person contacting me. Once I read it, I like to discuss over the phone and fill in any areas not discussed. I like to make suggestions and I like to ask many questions. The more I get to know you and your vision the more we can accomplish together! Once I feel I can move forward I present my ideas and discuss pricing and other things I may need to begin your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Art has been a part of my life since I was 5 years old. I always knew my career would be in the Art field. Therefore, when I graduated high school I moved to Orlando, Florida to study Commercial Art. During the course of my time in college we explored fine art as well as graphic design. Before I graduated I began working as a Graphic Artist in Orlando, Florida and as freelancer from time to time. Through the years I have stayed in the Art field through work and freelancing.
