- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge $35 per hour, but I am up front about the time it will take. I am not afraid of working longer than expected without charging more!

Clear expectations. Honesty. Serving gladly!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my learning is self taught. (of course that means researching and utilizing others for advice.
